i had a fantastic stay at crowne plaza! the rooms were so clean and super comfortable with two queen beds. it’s just minutes away from the mall of america & airport, making it super convenient. the indoor pool and the nice restaurant were great too. the staff were friendly and quick to help. loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Perfect location for airport access and the mall! The staff was super friendly, and management handled my little hiccup in no time. I’d definitely stay again, especially for the lovely room amenities.

However, finding the parking garage was like a game of 'Where's Waldo? ' I think I need a map and a compass next time!

This was an excellent fit for a momentary visit in Bloomington with value for money. The shuttle driver was very helpful, waiting for us to load our bags when we arrived at night. Make sure to check the parking situation ahead of time.

Super comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower made this stay enjoyable. The location is convenient, being near the airport and Mall of America, and the pool is a great spot to unwind. However, the elevators were frustratingly slow, and I noticed some maintenance issues like chipped furniture that need attention.

I also noticed some areas in the hallways that showed signs of wear, which could be fixed for a better overall feel.

We had a nice 2-night stay. The location is perfect if you're flying out or wanna hit the Mall of America. The staff was super friendly and helped us out with a small issue quickly. We checked out the bar area for drinks, and it seemed chill with happy peeps around. Just a bit of a hassle with parking!

I had a lovely stay with the complimentary shuttle service and the unique airline-themed decor really stood out! The happy hour at the restaurant was surprisingly good, too. However, the room seemed a bit dated compared to the photos.
